This portal provides Service Providers with a self-service method to interact with icare Care and Community.

The following list describes attributes ofThe portal:

• The portal provides basic demographic information and pre-approval numbers for participants and workers currently receiving services;
• The portal enables providers to complete Attendant Care Activity Statements on-line;
• The portal increases efficiency in submitting invoices;
• The portal enables providers to track invoice progress;
• The portal reduces the need for direct contact with icare Care and Community staff for invoicing issues, other than exceptions.
